The MU Sigma Phi Foundation continues its long-standing tradition of supporting the UP College of Medicine and the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) through medical missions, equipment, and logistical aid. Recently, the foundation and the Mu Fraternity and Sorority Batch 1979 thru the Foundation donated 3 service vehicles to support the field operations of the University of the Philippines (UP) Manila Community Health and Development Program.
